About the Role
Catalyzt Consulting is seeking a driven, self-motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team! If you’re someone who thrives on uncovering new business opportunities and building relationships from scratch, this could be the role for you. As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, creating lasting impressions and setting the foundation for successful partnerships. With a commission of 15-25% (based on job type, increasing after six months), a monthly mileage/data allowance, and necessary tools and software provided, you’ll have everything you need to succeed in this entry-level role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Identification & Research: Identify and research potential clients that align with Catalyzt Consulting’s services, understanding their business needs and pain points.
Cold Outreach: Use email, cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, and other platforms to initiate the first contact with prospects.
Lead Qualification: Engage and qualify leads, assessing whether they’re a good fit for Catalyzt’s services.
Networking & Relationship Building: Attend industry events, networking functions, and online communities to connect with potential clients.
Pipeline Management: Keep meticulous records of client interactions and sales progress in our CRM software, ensuring a strong pipeline for our sales team.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Partner with the sales team to set up meetings, transfer qualified leads, and develop outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects and build relationships.
Self-Motivation & Initiative: Able to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of outreach independently.
Research Skills: Proficient in researching potential clients and industries to craft tailored outreach.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
Networking: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain connections with prospects and industry contacts.
